Filmmaker Robert Mugge discusses the making off his 1977 documentary, AMATEUR NIGHT AT CITY HALL, about the rise of former Philadelphia Mayor FRANK RIZZO. Similarities to Donald Trump are immediately evident. The film is available on DVD from MVD Entertainment Group (and streaming on Amazon Prime).
