Knit Socks: Toe Up Band Toe

In this video I demonstrate the band toe, aka moccasin toe. This quick start toe creates a rounded toe with a little more room at the front for your toes. This toe is idea to work with DPN's but is easily adapted to two circulars and magic loop set ups.

Additional Information:

Shaping Pattern
Row 1: Knit
Row 2: Increase 4 stitches evenly
Repeat Rows 1 and 2 until reach desired number of stitches or closest number divisible by four. If necessary final round increase evenly to get to final stitch count.

Formula to calculate number of stitches to cast on:

Total Number of stitches * .25 = Number of stitches to cast on.
