Today's video is from our last day at the parks for this vacation. SAD FACE. We packed A LOT into this day starting with some shopping at Disney Springs. With the hunt for more 50th anniversary merch in full swing we were really hoping to land on some product being restocked. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the Co-Op had a special VAULT COLLECTION pop up set up with a bunch of really cool retro merchandise! A lot of it was reimagined from merchandise that was sold back when the parks opened in 1971 so it was neat to see some of these things, like the old back scratching poles and plastic Mickey ears, resurrected. From here we hopped over to Hollywood Studios to find some toddler friendly rides. We started with Mickey and Minnies Runaway Railway which always makes us smile. We did a quick tour of Galaxy's Edge for Megan since she had never been. She grabbed a blue milk to try and then we headed over to Toy Story Land to get in line for Slinky Dog Dash. This was Story's very first REAL rollercoaster. I wasn't sure how she would do but she was a champ! I'll be honest though...editing this video had me rolling at some of the faces she was making! We stopped by Woody's Lunchbox for a bite to eat. I ordered some plant based chili cheese tots with a special Halloween themed "pop tart". It was all delicious of course. Story had a grilled cheese and a cutie. After lunch settled we rode Alien Swirling Saucers and managed to keep our lunch down LOL After the rides we headed out for a break and saw Pluto, Goofy, Mickey and Minnie on the way out of the park! The end the day we park hopped over to Epcot to hit some rides we missed our first day. We got on Spaceship Earth, Frozen, and then luckily caught the new "Harmonious" firework show from the backside over in the Italy pavilion. It was a GREAT show but I will admit that it would be better from over by Mexico, to see it head on. Altogether a fabulous day and fabulous trip! Thanks so much for joining us!
