Animal Rights Activist, Ms. Bhargsetu Sharma, makes a compelling speech about overlooking the differences between humans and nature. Humans, an advanced species with complex minds, should look beyond a world full of abstract ideas and help sustain the natural environment. This eye-opening Ted talk enlightens us to look beyond nature, and understand that our fate is determined by our actions as well as our thoughts and emotions. She believes it is her duty to help animals survive on this planet. Gaining empathy and accepting the differences around us will allow us to dive beyond the boundaries of life. Ms Bhargsetu Sharma is a paragon for the youth of today.She is a Humanitarian and Animal welfare activist, the founder of HumanwithHumanity and a TEDx Speaker too.
Her organization has rescued more than 4000 animals. She is also founder and CEO of Aatman Setu Pvt Ltd.
Bhargsetu is the only one from India to receive Raksha Mantri Padak Award in 2019 and the 1st women awardee from Gujarat.
She is also the recipient of a Governor’s Medal for her heroic act which saved someone’s life on 4th February 2019.
Apart from these, she has won the State Bravery cerficate from the Deputy Chief Minister. She was a former Cadet Captain 2 Gujarat Naval Unit NCC, Vadodara. NCC best cadet 2017 – ‘C’ cerficate highest marks in Gujarat. Bhargsetu Sharma, her name, photo, and citation have got a prestigious place in the “Hall of Fame” at DG NCC, Delhi.
