ABOUT CHEF OSCAR
A son of the City of Angels, Oscar Torres developed an affinity and deep
love for the city’s rich culture. He gravitated to the kitchen at an early age
mimicking and learning from family members who quite literally passed
down generations-old recipes and culinary techniques to young Oscar.
Driven by his passion for creating, Chef Oscar pursued formal culinary
training at Le Cordon Bleu, where he sharpened his skills under the
guidance of master chefs, refining his techniques and discovering his
unique identity. His passion and talents didn’t go unnoticed, and he was
awarded his first Executive Chef position at the age of 24.
At the heart of Oscar’s culinary journey, he was taken under the wings of
several mentors, including Chef Mario Alberto (Lazy Ox, Olivia’s), who
helped him understand and develop Angelino cuisine.

at the culinary helm, they bring together the best flavors from around
the world to create that eclectic premium experience. Through constant
discovery, Chef Oscar has crafted true harmony by sourcing fresh handpicked

ABOUT MARQUES DE CACERES
In 1970, Enrique Forner founded Marqués de Cáceres Unión Vitivinícola S.A., a historic alliance of growers in the village of Cenicero in the Rioja Alta subregion of Rioja. The enterprising Forner family has been devoted to the wine trade for five generations. Their search for the best vine growers and vineyards in Rioja and the introduction of a Bordeaux concept revolutionized the production and business model of the region. They work with one single objective: producing the highest quality wines. Today this obsession continues to be the leitmotif of Cristina Forner, the fifth generation of this distinguished wine family.
