Onions cut into quarters (grind to 250-300 grams)
2 tablespoons coriander seeds
2 tablespoons white cumin seeds
5-6 cardamoms
4 small pieces of cinnamon bark
1.5 tablespoons red chili peppers (round)

1100 grams beef (or 1kg + 100 grams)
3500 grams fat
3/4th a tablespoon salt
Ghee (for greasing hands)
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 tablespoon of baking soda
3 eggs
