How to Travel Banff National Park | Moraine Lake | Lake Louise | Banff in 3 Days

Описание к видео How to Travel Banff National Park | Moraine Lake | Lake Louise | Banff in 3 Days

This is how to spend 3 days in Banff National Park, Moraine Lake, Lake Louise and Banff Alberta Canada.

In order of appearance:

Lake Louise - We started day one originally trying to get into Moraine Lake but after being turned away from the parking lot and told to go 5 km down the road to the park and ride service they offer we decide to see what Lake Louise had to offer. Just past Lake Louise Chateau you are hit with beautiful views of Lake Louise and a unforgettable mountain range in the background.

We made our way threw the crowds and hiked an easy 1 hour hike towards the Lake Agnes Tea House. We missed it but there was more incredible views overlooking Agnes Lake and the mountain ranges surrounding it.

Again we were turned around at Moraine Lake and told to go to the park and ride..

So we head towards Banff and went to Lake Minnewanka instead. With more views overlooking more mountains i'd recommending hiking, renting a boat or taking on the the boat cruise if you ultimately want to spend more time at Lake Minnewanka.

Downtown Banff, AB has so many thing for you to see, eat and do that I was only able to scratch the service. We ultimately decided to find free things to do in Banff and found our way to the Bow Falls Viewpoint. Next we crossed the Bow River and found Surprise Corner Viewpoint. Finally we ended day off 1 at the Tunnel Mountain Viewpoint. I'll let you decide which you like better.

Day 2 we made it our mission to get into Moraine Lake. We did it and weren't disappointed. This crystal clear, mountain peaks filled lake is definitely a must visit on any trip to Banff National Park.

After we drive an hour and found our way to Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park. This waterfall is magnificent and a must stop if you're traveling between Calgary to British Columbia. The second tallest waterfall in Canada and just something you'll want to see in person.

On our finally day we visited the Cave and Basin National Historic Site in Banff Alberta. This is a great way to kind of get out of the weather and if you enjoy history i'm sure you'll find this place interesting.

Johnston Canyon might be something you're thinking of passing on but don't. It definitely worth checking out. It's only an hour return hike to the lower falls and about 4 hours to see everything here. Just a beautiful hike in between the canyon with more waterfalls along the way.

Radium Hot Springs. Yes we drove a bit to get here just to avoid the crowds at the Banff Hot Springs.
