As government processes lag behind technological advances, it's crucial to balance oversight and innovation, fostering agility and adaptation.

In this dynamic interplay of government and commercial sectors, the focus should shift towards fielding minimum viable products swiftly, facilitating rapid iterations and advancements in space technology. As space continues to evolve, this collaboration will be essential in harnessing technological advancements to benefit society, security, and the economy.
