Sure, they are great programmers. However, they come late to meetings if they can be bothered at all.

They aren’t available to answer questions and are almost impossible to work with as part of a team.

👨‍💻 Number 3: Developers who write messy, unreadable code with no comments.

Bad developers write lines and lines of code and give no hints or comments as to what something does or how it works.

Keep an eye out for any of these traits in a developer you’ve hired.

You will eventually be paying for their mistakes. It mightn’t be today, but eventually, it's going to cost you.
