The CID team has been summoned to look into a startling case in which the deceased man's skin was taken and stored in three bags. As they look into his death, they discover that the garland around his neck poisoned another man, who passes away in front of them. After failing in their attempt to save a second victim, they discover her drowned and dangling from a massive net. As the police investigate the strange killings, they discover that the victims are being slain in accordance with children's stories. Will there be any more victims come forward?
