4 cups chicken broth (low sodium preferred)
1 cup frozen or canned corn
¾ cup frozen peas

Instructions
Sauté the base:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, celery, and carrot. Cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
Add garlic and seasoning:
Stir in minced garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken and broth:
