Ordering Thailand's hottest food

Thai food is famous for being spicy. When visiting Thailand, whether on vacation/holiday, or working, a lot of foreigners might want to try some spicy food. It's common practice to start at the least spicy dishes and work your way up as tolerance increases.
A lot of restaurants will reduce the level of spiciness when they are serving foreigners, so sometimes we need to know how to order it so they bring it as spicy as possible.
That being said, some people never build up the tolerance to spicy food and need to know how to order it so it's not spicy at all.
In this Vlog, Max and I went to a restaurant called "Phedmark" to try a super spicy version of an already spicy dish: "kaprao" often incorrectly written as "krapao" or "kraprao". The pronunciation is a little closer to a "g" than a "k".

If you do go to Phedmark, I'd go for level 4 to fully appreciate the full flavour profile of the dish. Level 5 and you'll be testing your metal. Level 10....well, I can't say I recommend it.
