Decided to take a break from Fallout: 3 and hop back on the save I made the Powder Ganger/ Great Kahn alliance to continue my New Vegas anti NCR playthrough. I found that a cool way to deal with Helios one is to unleash it upon the NCR. Doing so will cause Fantastic to switch sides and help the Legion, without the help of his partner Ignacio. Next time you arrive he will be in Legion clothing.
After this video I'll return to Fallout: 3 to complete my Evil playthrough, I have a pretty entertaining video planned next coming within the next few days.
