In this lecture, we will cover Class 6 civics NCERT chapter 8. "Rural Livelihoods" (Part 1)

In part 1 of chapter 8, we will discuss the various sources of livelihoods available in rural India. We will understand the lives of agricultural labourers and small farmers through short stories. Then we will cover some details about the various problems faced by people in their livelihoods. We will discuss the details of the stories of Thulasi, Sekar and Ramalingam. All points have been explained in a very simple and lucid manner. This way, it will be easier to understand and remember these points for class 6 exams, as well as, various competitive exams, like UPSC, bank PO, cds, ssc gl, etc.
