Canon C70 | XF-AVC Issues WORK AROUND

The new XF-AVC recording formta from the latest Firmware version 1.0.5.1 has issue previewing and editing on the Mac M1 Chip specially with Final Cut Pro X.
Here is my work around it in order to still benefiting from the richness of the XF-AVC latitude and dynamic range.
