Minimalistic hospital bag packing as a 3rd time c section mama! This is pretty much things I’ve packed the 2 time around, and I’ve used it all! ☑️When to pack? I recommend no later then 35 weeks! Definitely can pack earlier if you want!

☑️The hospital will provide all postpartum care items! Obviously if you do a vaginal delivery you can still bring your fav items along, iv d herd many say they like bringing along the upside down peri bottle & dermoplast pain & relief spray. Hospital will also provide all baby essentials & diapers. I also bring my own blanket and pillow for better comfort!

☑️Pro tip for c section mamas: wear compression leggings or underwear on the ride home! Trust me! It’s a bumpy ride and every dip will hurt! The light compression will help so much! The compression underwear featured that im bringing are @baobeibody then maternity stretchy support shorts are @blanqigirls

☑️pro tip going home outfit: make sure it’s comfy and baggy remember you will still look and feel pregnant! C section moms, compress leggings or underwear 👌🏼
