❏ RECIPES ❏
🥣 ground turkey vegetable soup
➥ 3 carrots
➥ 1/2 onion
➥ 1 bundle of celery
➥ 3 garlic
➥ ground turkey
➥ vegetable bouillon
➥ pasta
➥ 1 bay leaf
➥ garlic powder
➥ EVOO
➥ salt
1. Prep your vegetables by chopping into bite size pieces
2. In a large pot, saute your vegetables with EVOO and salt until it starts to cook through
3. Add in the ground turkey and cook thoroughly
4. Season with more salt and garlic powder then add water to boil
5. Add in a teaspoon of vegetable bouillon and 1 bay leaf and let it boil
6. Add in your pasta and boil until pasta is cook through

🥣 doenjang jjigae
➥ 1 soup stock packet
➥ water
➥ 1/2 onion
➥ 1/2 potato
➥ 1/2 zucchini
➥ 1/2 tofu
➥ 1 green onion
1. In a pot, boil your water and add in your soup stock tablet
2. Prep your vegetables and tofu but chop them into bite size pieces
3. Once the soup is boiling, add in your toppings to cook through
4. Season with your chopped green onion and enjoy with rice

🥣 brekkie bowl
➥ rice
➥ broccoli
➥ furikake
➥ boiled egg
➥ 1 tbsp soy sauce
➥ sriracha
1. In a bowl, add a scoop of rice, steamed broccoli, furikake, and a boiled egg
2. Mix with soy sauce and sriracha and enjoy!
