I searched for a store CRM for a very long time. I tried out Salesforce, Freshsales, etc etc for a while and got fed up with it.

Then I found Airtable! Even in Airtable, the existing templates helped me get started but not help me completely. So, I went about building my own. I first built the core CRM and inventory mnagement piece since that was the foremost requirement. Then I felt Airtable could do much more for us and added the project & task management piece and then the goal setting as well. Then, we also added our team finances and also our brand assets on this Airtable for quick access. After getting the SendGrid block, we were also able to use this for personalized email marketing and sending invoices to customers.

You can do CRM, Project & Task Management, Goal Setting, Financial Managements, Accounts and Vendor Management.
