Boreas Testing PRE - & POST NERF - Identical Builds & Full Comparisons PvE & PvP ⁂ Watcher of Realms

I wanted to wait for the Boreas "adjustment" to be confirmed for Global Server in Watcher of Realms before making this video...but now that it has, here ya go. I did my darnedest to build nearly identical Boreas copies of my Global Account (pre-nerf) and my Test Server Account (post-nerf). I then do some extensive PvE testing Gear Raid 1 and some PvP range testing in Arena. All-in-all, this is good news as this was far less of a nerf than people had worried about. Big thanks to Mitchell my editor - this one was hardwork. Thanks guys and enjoy :D
