💡 Definition – Lami’s Theorem
If a body is in equilibrium under the action of three concurrent forces, then each force is proportional to the sine of the angle between the other two forces.

👉 Formula:
F₁ / sin(α) = F₂ / sin(β) = F₃ / sin(γ)

📖 Proof of Lami’s Theorem:

1. A particle in equilibrium under three forces can be represented by a closed force triangle (Triangle Law of Forces).


2. By applying the sine law to this triangle, we get:
F₁ / sin(α) = F₂ / sin(β) = F₃ / sin(γ).


3. Hence, the theorem is proved.
