Temperatures are expected to be hovering around the freezing mark over the next few days, and there as been delays up to 30 minutes in the 4 lane construction zone 8 kms south of Williams Lake. Please plan extra travel time.
There's an electrical maintenance crew working on Hwy 24 at Bridge Lake until February 2018 plan a little extra time for travel as well.
Highway 97 closed in both directions 8 km north of Bear Lake because of Vehicle Incident. No estimated time of opening, assessment ongoing. Please check Drive BC before you travel.
November 17th is the the Santa Claus Parade, Moonlight Madness Sale Extravaganza and the South Cariboo Health Foundation's Starry Nights Light Up of the 100 Mile House & District Hospital at 7:pm

The” Alberta Large Cars” organization in Fort McMurray Alberta is donating a truck load of toys to our kids in 100 Mile House. Greyhound will have a bus and trailer in the 100 Mile House Santa Clause Parade this year again and would like to fill the trailer with toys for all ages.
As hard as this summer was for all the business owners/people of 100 mile it was very hard on a lot of families as well. The food bank is expecting a lot more hampers to be made this year. So fellow business owners/people of 100 Mile I ask if you would consider donating a new unwrapped toy to help me fill my trailer.
Please bring to the Greyhound Bus Depot by Nov 10th
