In this video, I take on the challenge of making delicious fish cakes with just a knife, a bowl, and a campfire. After experimenting with different ingredients, I found the perfect combination of boiled potatoes and juicy fried fish fillets. To add some extra flavor and texture, I wrapped the cakes in bacon or breadcrumbs, both of which turned out to be surprisingly tasty.
To complement the fish cakes, I prepared a special sauce that can be poured over or used for dipping. The key to achieving the perfect golden crust is to fry the cakes in generous amounts of oil.
