This tier is created based on the threats posed by enemies in turn-based battles. Powerful enemies are not just about their HP pool, but also the permanent negative status effects they can inflict and the potential damage they can deal. Additionally, enemies with high AGI (agility) can be quite dangerous, even with low HP, as they may cause significant harm to players, both in solo and party battles.
