A masterpiece in the making

We describe our supply chain as the 'engine room' for making sustainability happen. It's the process by which our products and services are made and therefore the most powerful route towards addressing our sustainability impacts.

We use many suppliers across the UK and internationally, which generates lots of sustainability risks and opportunities. So it's important that we have a good visibility of what's happening across our supply chain. We can't know everything that's happening all of the time. But we can and do work with our immediate suppliers to clarify exactly what we expect and what needs to need to change.

We caught up with our Procurement Team and we asked them to help us visualise Virgin Media's supply chain to understand more about how we work with our suppliers. Their artistic talents are definitely worth checking out!
