With its mix of catchy pop music and globe-trotting adventures, Josie and the Pussycats became a Saturday morning staple. For over five decades, it has entertained audiences worldwide with its energetic charm and iconic style.
Over the years, Josie and the Pussycats had a spin-off series and even a live-action movie. But in recent years, the franchise has remained largely dormant.
With its fun, upbeat tone, snappy writing, exotic locations, and a high-energy soundtrack, Josie and the Pussycats has all the ingredients to captivate a new generation. Here’s our vision for reimagining Josie and the Pussycats—bringing their signature style and sound to a whole new audience.

The Reimagined Series
We take favorite cartoons, TV shows, and movies, and reimagine how they could look using modern creative tools and updated storytelling.
Unlike most Hollywood reboots, which either slap on a superficial update, introduce a gritty or grounded tone, or produce an over-budget remake that barely resembles the original IP, this series remains true to the charm and spirit of these classics. While staying faithful to the original tone, we also introduce fresh concepts, updated designs, and occasional new characters.
In terms of creative direction, we’ve chosen to go with a “hyperreal” style — in that valley between animation and live action. This approach ensures consistency and keeps everything within the same universe.
Of course, Reimagining these beloved classics would be nearly impossible—both technically and financially—without the use of AI. However, AI is just one tool in an extensive creative workflow. Each video requires multiple steps, combining technology with traditional artistic and production techniques.
