To me Cerise is still the best control enabler in the game. Even with the coming of Peira who is commonly going to be compared to Cerise because she also has a buff duration reduction and restrict, I feel that they serve different purposes. While Peira is going to be stronger in the current World Arena Meta, hands down... I don't feel that Cerise is obsolete. I still think she has the upper hand when it comes to control because she is able to utilize her team-mates with her S1 and also cycles her turn very quickly. Her S3 slow is also incredibly valuable when it comes to control because it will hold the enemies in a debuffed state longer while running laps around them.
