2.0 TDI Timing belt & water pump replacement - 2004 Audi A3

How to Replace the timing belt and water pump (inc tensioner and idlers) on a 2004 Audi A3 2.0 TDI BKD Engine Code. Same procedure applies for various other similar engine codes for the 2.0 TDI & this engine in various other models.

Torque Settings :
Water pump bolts (x3) 15nm
Timing belt idler (large without internal thread) = 40NM then 90 degrees
Timing belt idler (large with internal thread) = 90NM then 90 degrees
Timing belt Idler nut (small) = 20nm
Timing belt tensioner = 20 NM + 45 Degrees
Cam shaft pulley (outer 3 bolts) 25NM
Timing cover bolts = 10NM
Auxilary belt tensioner = 23NM
Crank pulley (4 outer bolts) = 10NM then 90 Degrees
Wheel bolts = 130 NM
