Описание к видео Making dingo safety sticks on the world's largest sand island | Landline | ABC Australia

K’Gari is the world’s largest sand island and lies off the coast of Australia.

Fire recovery and land management there has opened up new opportunities for traditional owners.

The Butchulla people are clearing weed trees and turning them into 'dingo sticks' to ward off the island's native dogs which have attacked tourists, particularly children.

Landline's Courtney Wilson explains.
