If you own a studio project C1 microphone
This very easy mod is perfect for you.

I got my C1 about 15 years ago
And it's been collecting dust
for the past 10 years.
It's not that the C1 isn't a good mic
It has good electronics, it's solid and
has a good capsule (k67)
but I found the original C1 to be sibilant
and hyped on high frequencies
which made me put it aside
compared to other mics I own.

Microphone-parts.com offer an easy mod
to fix the high frequencies and the noise level

I built a 2 kits from microphone-part.com
in the past and once again I'm surprised
how good the C1 now sound and
how easy the built was.
