Production description
The machine is mainly used for of hotel shampoo, super glues in plastic bottle packing. The bottles are inserted to the bottle holder automatically. There are 16 bottle stations to finish all functions during rotary. For material filling system, it applies self-suck device to inhale material and start to fill. Photo electricity checking assures accurate filling (if there is no tube, there would be no filling). The capping is done by electromagnetism shaking tray, and with special motor for capping, which assures the cap on the right position. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, it is fully automatic from bottle feeding to bottle exit. So, it is very popular among the daily chemical and glue industry.

Step 1. Bottles go into holders automatically by a vibrating try or manually
Step 2. Glue or shampoo will sucked into the bottle automatically
Step 3. The inner cap will be put on the bottle by electromagnetism shaking tray (some bottles have no inner cap)
Step 4. The machine will screw the inner caps automatically (some bottles have no inner cap)
Step 5. Finishing cap screwed bottle exit from seat automatically

Filling material: all kind of hotel shampoo, hair conditioner, AB glues, super glues, epoxy adhesives, chemical materials.
