How to Treat / Cure Dropsy - Successful method to treat dropsy in goldfish

Georgie was very sick with dropsy by the time I found him but I threw every treatment I could at him. 1/3-1/2 teaspoon per gallon of epson salt in the water, roughly 1 tablespoon per gallon epsom salt in a bath (10-30 minutes), water temperature in the low- mid 80's, two different antibiotic treatments, antibiotic laced feed, and using Sea-chem water conditioner to temporarily detoxify water.
