The film opens with a grand departure from New York on an ocean liner, featuring incredible shots of the city's early skyscrapers, Battery Park, and the Hudson River. The tourist's transatlantic journey quickly turns into a nightmare as he's tossed around by rough seas, showcasing the harsh realities of early 20th-century ocean travel—and maybe a little comedic exaggeration!

Ireland: He attempts to kiss the Blarney Stone but is hilariously dropped by the attendants.
