I decided to attend my first ever women's retreat... and I am so glad I documented the journey because it was truly a transformative experience. We were a group of 21 women and the retreat was hosted at a spot called Cocoon Portugal in the Almograve coast. This retreat re-connected me with a feminine, divine, grounded and intuitive part of me that I really missed, and helped me come to life in a way I really needed. From workshops about the tarot, astrology and feng shui, to meditations that connected us to our inner child and future self, to exploring the local town and beaches and delicious farm-to-table meals... this video is a wholesome, cozy and fun one -- I hope you enjoy! xx
