Thank you for watching my grilled chicken recipe video. On this video, I grilled some chicken on my Yoder Flattop charcoal grill using mesquite wood. Grilled chicken is one of my all time favorite things to cook because of how easy and tasty the chicken always comes out. With beef prices being so high right now, I may go on a chicken cooking frenzy. I also made a fire roasted corn salad that paired extremely will with the mesquite grilled chicken.
