You need
Lentils 200 grams soaked for 12h or more
Onion
Carrot
Garlic
Carrot top (not necessary but gives beautiful taste)
1-2 tbsp of rice flour (you can take any flour u like but rice one is the best, gives very mild texture)
Thyme flowers (if thee is unavailable take thyme leaves freshly or dried one, or oregano)
Salt, pepper, chilli pepper, bay leaf
Olive oil
Passata 50 ml
Water 100 ml

For serving sauerkraut with green onion and olive oil
