MEASUREMENTS
1. Base: 7-1/4 in by 4-1/2 in. On the long side, score at 3/4 in, 1-1/2 in, 5-3/4 in, and 6-1/2 in. Turn and score at 3/4, 1-1/2, 3 and 3-3/4.

2. Acetate (lid): 5-1/4 in by 2-1/2 in. Score at 1/2 in on all four sides. Use double-sided adhesive.
