2012 GMC ACADIA Electrical Problem

My 2012 GMC ACADIA has been acting up for the last 6 months. The above video shows what happens during these issues. I have fixed the problem in the past by replacing the negative battery cable. This usually lasts 6-8 weeks then starts doing this again. Then I've cleaned the throttle body and as many electrical connections as I can find. That worked for about a month. When this breaks down the gauges do this and I lose the ability to accelerate. This last breakdown I have been unable to get it to work again, before I take it in I was just looking for suggestions? I've probably spent a good 20 hours researching solutions online as this seems to be a common issue. I've read multiple people taking it in and get charged an arm and leg for a solution that hasn't been permanent. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
