Yeah, I probably should have said in the video that I wouldn't usually use my foot to twiddle the knobs, but I thought that was so blindingly obvious I didn't need to. With recording equipment around me - mic stand, tripod etc, I couldn't reach down to change. Come on guys, I might be an idiot, but I'm not that daft.
