Bournvita Cake (Eggless):
150 grams dahi
150 grams milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
250 grams all purpose flour
50 grams bournvita
240 grams caster sugar
110 grams oil

Bournvita Fudge Frosting:
150 grams cream
100 grams butter
100 grams bournvita
120 grams condensed milk

Preheat Oven to 170 C. Bake the cake in an 8-inch cake tin for 40 - 45 minutes.

You can also make this cake into 2 layers by baking in 2, 6-inch cake tins at 170 C for 25 - 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the centre emerges clean.
