With Semi-outdoor Spaces for Recreation and Gatherings | Rumah Guntur House

This 300-square-meter house is designed to optimize space, using half of the land for the main activities and the other half for family recreation areas, such as sports and gatherings. The design of the second floor, rotated 90 degrees from the first, creates new opportunities, including a large terrace and additional space for a home office and balcony. The tropical concept is applied with a tilted facade and limited openings, providing protection from rain and sunlight. The house is carefully planned with smart spaces and integrated storage, ensuring functionality and organization.
