Nofap Nonut 2025 who's down? It's one thing to make a New Years resolution to do Nofap and Semen retention but we need a battle plan. The plan must consist of removing negative habbits that increase probability of relapse and adding positive habbits that increase the probabiltiy of success. Commit to at least one from each category that you are going to stick to no matter what and your probability of success will increase greater than if you just say your commited to Nofap.
