James Dean in New York City

This video documentary explores Hollywood screen legend James Dean and his time spent in New York City in the early-to-mid 1950's, including a brief history of his studies at The Actor's Studio, his Broadway and Off-Broadway stage experience, his well-known NYC photo shoots with LIFE magazine photographer Dennis Stock, his Times Square ballet classes with Eartha Kitt and his Upper West Side apartment building near Central Park.

This program includes original on location video footage and still photography by Michael James Fry and was produced by MadCap Enterprises in New York City, 2021.
