Ingredients:
- 1 small cauliflower (around 650g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 175g sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 30g soy flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 red peppers
- Green onions
- 30g coconut flour
- 120g cheddar or mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
1. Cut cauliflower into small pieces.
2. Boil cauliflower in salted water for 10 minutes.
3. Mix sour cream/yogurt, eggs, milk, soy flour, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Add chopped red peppers and green onions to the mixture.
5. Combine with drained cauliflower.
6. Prepare cake mold with silicone paper and oil, then sprinkle coconut flour.
7. Pour mixture into mold, smooth surface, and sprinkle cheese.
8. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes.
