Welcome to CAYNE, an isometric point-and-click horror game that continues The Brotherhood’s fine tradition from STASIS (and takes some cues from Sanitarium, SOMA, to name a few). Hadley goes into the hospital for fertilization treatments and awakens to a nightmare where a biomechanical monstrosity is trying to harvest her uterus with the baby still inside. This is going to be a full Let's Play CAYNE series, with a focus on seeing, reading, and experiencing everything we can in CAYNE. Additionally, I will share with you my CAYNE first impressions and an introduction to CAYNE gameplay (at the end I include a short CAYNE review). The premise is very interesting, I know the team at The Brotherhood can deliver on a fantastic horror experience. CAYNE has amazing production values, atmosphere, and voice acting! In all, I was very much be interesting in seeing more CAYNE gameplay continuing this full Let's Play STASIS Blind series. As always, I will run a CAYNE blind playthrough and guide, not a speed-run.

In Episode 1 of Let’s Play CAYNE, we look at how CAYNE treats its civilian patients as we find Hadley amidst a nightmare of biomechanical monstrosities trying to seal her baby. Episode 2 the CAYNE full walkthrough and guide has Hadley pick up the blade, overload a reactor, and realize that getting out of the CAYNE facility may not be so easy; but at least we unlock the PDT Printer Lab. In Episode 3 of the CAYNE blind playthrough and guide, we get into the PDT Printer Lab, learn more about the facility, and then head to the Birthing Lab Nexus. Episode 4 of let’s play CAYNE blind has us finish the Birthing Lab Nexus and unlock the Crew Facilities while learning a lot of background lore. Episode 5 of the Cayne blind playthrough and guide has Hadley fix the lever, put out the fire, and print a PDT. The CAYNE game is horror, just like STASIS was. And, once again, I am loving every second of it! So come and join me for a CAYNE blind playthrough.

I enjoyed my time with the CAYNE game and the CAYNE gameplay. This isn’t a “scary” game in the sense of jump-scares; this is a game that builds tension and horror with sound, light, and story. The CAYNE game, like good horror, doesn’t need to startle you with sounds or images; it just needs to keep building a sense of dread and atmosphere while letting you fill in the gaps. I hope you all enjoy the CAYNE gameplay for what it is (an interesting exploration through a chilling environment). So lets play CAYNE!
