1951 Ford F1: Video #25 -- A very special car show

I'd just gotten back from a long business trip and was very tired, and honestly didn't want to go to a car show this weekend -- but I'm glad I did. This one wasn't huge, probably only a couple dozen vehicles at its peak, but it was held for an older gentleman at a hospice center in Indianapolis celebrating his birthday.

He was an old car nut back in the day, but is largely confined to the center. For his birthday, they asked what he wanted and he said he'd like to see a whole bunch of old vehicles he could go outside in his wheelchair and see. (Actually, another resident had his birthday the same day, so it became a double celebration.)

The call went out among the classic car community... and it was answered.

Both my father and a good friend spent their last days in hospice care, so it was heartwarming to see people come out so we could all celebrate the classics together.
