Faster Isn't Always Better: Why This Super Aero Position Is Dangerous

Time Trial bikes have been featured in the press a lot recently, following some high profile crashes. It is thought that these have been the result of the super aerodynamic position cyclists adopt on the bike, known as the "Head Down" position. But just how much faster is this position, and why is is so unsafe? Alex and Ollie are at Llandow Circuit in Wales to find out.
