This is very similar to my approach with rentals, where i'f use someone else's monthly rent payments to pay more the entire monthy note on the house and then some! But tis obviously much more expensive and im not gonna lie, alot of headaches go into it! But as you'll see in today's video, It came be well worth it in the long run!
