This could be the second stage, third stage, or fourth stage of Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan, depending on which order you play the stages in.

This stage's name is "It's Summertime! It's a Festival! The Mikoshi Race Makes the Man!", and is also the only stage that isn't a cover.
As always, the footage is in HD, but this time I've gotten it at 60fps for the first time! That being said, plenty of things will still run at less than 60fps. It's still really pretty though.
