The name of Vic Buckingham may not ring many bells amongst football fans today, but he had a huge influence on football. Buckingham took West Brom to glory in the 1950s, gave Johan Cruyff his debut for Ajax, and is considered one of the Godfathers of total football. Sadly though, his name has been largely lost to time.
