We explore an abandoned house in Surrey where two horrific murders took place. As soon as we stepped foot into the house of John Lowe we got an incredibly eerie feeling, everything suddenly felt very close and claustrophobic. Considering what happened in that house in the English countryside, we were not surprised at the uneasy, dark and saddening atmosphere that surrounded both the house and the grounds.

John Lowe murdered his girlfriend and her daughter along with 4 of his dogs in February 2014. The guns were returned to him 7 months prior to the double murder. John Lowe was a puppy farmer, owning almost 50 dogs in total. The RSPCA visited long before the horrific crime and confiscated his licence to breed dogs. He made the very serious threat of shooting them all if he had his guns. This was the incident that led to his guns being taken away. However, a tragic lapse in judgement from the Surrey Police led to him getting them back, resulting in murder.

It is an incredibly sad tale that led to the abandonment of this grim house and land. Follow us as we take a step back in time, to a man's corrupt life of cruelty and murder.
